Statement of intent for this site
This site is a forum for the open exchange of innovative and helpful concepts, ideas, and practices for those involved in operating and developing CCaHs and Related Entities. To do so, we will accept posts from current employees of known or planned CCAHs and Related Entities as well as invited guests. We ask that all prospective contributors be registered as forum participants and agree to adhere to our code of conduct. Please complete the following form with your registration status, i.e., CCaH/Related Entity employee or invited guest, and within 72 hours your registration will be processed and if confirmed you will be issued registration credentials.
